There was much to celebrate at the April 15 service, including a Teaching Eucharist, a number of visitors and a well-attended soup lunch at which Mambo spoke on behalf of his newly-arrived family members, who had arrived in Vancouver airport from a Ugandan refugee camp only days before. It was a pleasure to welcome them all to our community.
Many thanks to Randy Murray, who was in attendance from the Diocesan communications office, who shared this wonderful account of the morning on the DNW website.
