After taking a sabbathtime break with our summer edition (did you miss us??), we are glad to let you know that the autumn edition of Lively Spirit has hit the digital newsstands.
As I note in the introduction, fall is a reflective season. We talk about local Truth & Reconciliation projects and a new community memorial mural to remember those who have gone before us.
It's also a season of new beginnings and that 'back-to-school' excitement for new projects that we feel whether we are eight or 80. For people who are determined to get organized and start cutting household costs in the face of inflation, we have on offer a whole lot of tips from North Van residents to help. Best part is that many of them will help you lend a hand to others who are feeling the pinch, too.
You may or may not be a fan of the pumpkin spice drinks that blanket the land at this time of year - but we do hope you pour yourself something you fancy, then pull up a cosy chair and click below to enjoy a read of this edition of Lively Spirit. Your feedback is always welcome.
The current edition is right here, and the archives of previous Lively Spirit editions can be found here.
