Notice of Annual Meeting

Please join St Clement's for the Annual Vestry Meeting to be held on Zoom at 1 pm on Sunday February 25, 2024. Sometimes referred to as the annual business meeting of the parish, this is the time when we receive annual ministry and committee reports; approve the budget for the year; and receive nominations for Parish Officers (e.g. People's Warden; Parish Council members) and Delegates/Alternate Delegates to Synod. We also look forward this year to an update from our kitchen architects.

All are very welcome to attend this meeting. Those who have a vote at Vestry are all baptized persons of the age of fifteen or over who are accustomed worshippers within the Parish and have had their name on the Parish List for at least 3 months prior to the date of the Vestry meeting.

If you have any questions regarding your membership on the Parish List, please contact the rector, the Reverend Helen Dunn. Anyone wishing to submit a resolution for consideration at Vestry should please do so in writing to the rector no later than February 18, 2024.
